The Training & Placement Cell of TECB facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training programs for students. The department liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc which conduct campus interviews and select graduate students from all disciplines.

Apart from placement, with collaboration other departments The T&P Cell provides all types of facilities to make our students industry ready and employable from first year onwards like conducting Group discussions, Mock Online test , Mock interview , Coding completion, Webinars / Seminars ( from eminent persons from Industry) . The Cell ensures that Career Development Programmes are also conducted on a regular basis for value addition in the lives of our students. It also organizes industry-oriented special summer / winter courses in collaboration with reputed organizations.

Many companies from all over India conduct their Campus Recruitment Process every year. The industries which approach the institute come under the purview of: Core Engineering industries IT & IT enabled services Manufacturing Industries, Consultancy Firms, Management Organisations, R & D laboratories etc.
